ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Bachelor's in marketing , business administration or communications or any diploma / certificate from a recognised board.

SKILLS REQUIRED :
. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
. Good proficiency in both English and Hindi ( written & verbal )
. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
. Assisting with customer inquiries as well as maintaining accurate record of the calls made and received .
. Should be persuasive and able to work in a high pressure environment.
. Able to liaise with appropriate departments to resolve customers concerns
